Redeemer Early Childhood Center Kindergarten Teacher
Redeemer Early Childhood Center is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and highly capable Kindergarten Teacher to join our Christ-centered learning community. Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons that foster curiosity, creativity, and foundational academic skills
- Create a classroom environment that emphasizes positive reinforcement, encouragement, and student growth
- Integrate faith-based principles and biblical worldview into daily instruction and interactions
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with parents, providing updates on student progress, behavior, and classroom activities
- Collaborate closely with an Assistant Teacher to ensure smooth classroom operations and individualized student support
- Develop and implement age-appropriate assessments to monitor student learning and development
- Maintain a well-organized, structured classroom with attention to detail in planning, materials, and routines
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where each child feels known, valued, and supported
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required)
Valid state teaching certification (required)
Prior experience teaching early childhood or elementary students (preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
A genuine love for children and a passion for early childhood education
Willingness to actively support and model the school’s Christian mission and values

RedeemerKIDS Nursery Team
The primary role of the Nursery Team Member is to provide supervised care and age appropriate curriculum for children 8 weeks thru Kindergarten, and children’s programming as needed for children 5–10 years old. This role helps provide a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment that supports both children and their families during church services and events.
Nursery Team Members are to ensure children have a safe space, provide warm interactions, and lead developmentally appropriate engaging activities under the direction of the Nursery Coordinator and Director of Family Ministry. Nursery Team Members must be CPR and Child Safety Training certified, provided by the church. Additional training will be scheduled as needed.
Team Members must be available Sunday mornings and some mornings and evenings throughout the week.
