Redeemer Student Ministry Summer Internship

The Student Ministry Summer Intern will serve alongside Redeemer Student Ministry to help lead and invest in the spiritual growth of students – 5th–6th grade (56ers) and 7th–12th grade (RSM). This internship is designed to develop young leaders who desire to grow in their faith and ministry skills through hands-on experience, relational discipleship, and leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

- Build relationships with 5th–12th grade students through weekly programming and special events including camp and a mission week
- Assist in planning and leading student ministry gatherings, events, and activities
- Support teaching environments and small group discussions
- Be present and engaged on Sunday mornings and during scheduled ministry times
- Collaborate with student ministry staff and volunteers

We are seeking individuals who are: A Follower of Jesus, A Young adult (at least 19 years old), Eager to grow and improve in ministry leadership.

Part time position June 1 - August 16, 2026 (Weekly hours will depend on programming)

Compensation: $2,500 for the duration of the internship

RedeemerKIDS Nursery Team

The primary role of the Nursery Team Member is to provide supervised care and age appropriate curriculum for children 8 weeks thru Kindergarten, and children’s programming as needed for children 5–10 years old. This role helps provide a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment that supports both children and their families during church services and events.

Nursery Team Members are to ensure children have a safe space, provide warm interactions, and lead developmentally appropriate engaging activities under the direction of the Nursery Coordinator and Director of Family Ministry. Nursery Team Members must be CPR and Child Safety Training certified, provided by the church. Additional training will be scheduled as needed.

Team Members must be available Sunday mornings and some mornings and evenings throughout the week.
