Maintenance Assistant
The Maintenance Assistant supports the Sunday operation, care, and upkeep of Redeemer Church's facilities and campus. This position ensures a welcoming, safe and well-maintained environment for all church activities. Primary responsibilities include the maintenance of the Redeemer Church Campus during Sunday Morning Worship including opening, closing and regular support of the facility, as well as overseeing facility transitions for any scheduled programming. In addition the Maintenance Assistant will provide support for other special events throughout the year.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, adaptable and must be able to perform physical tasks required for maintenance.
RedeemerKIDS Nursery Team
The primary role of the Nursery Team Member is to provide supervised care and age appropriate curriculum for children 8 weeks thru Kindergarten, and children’s programming as needed for children 5–10 years old. This role helps provide a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment that supports both children and their families during church services and events.
Nursery Team Members are to ensure children have a safe space, provide warm interactions, and lead developmentally appropriate engaging activities under the direction of the Nursery Coordinator and Director of Family Ministry. Nursery Team Members must be CPR and Child Safety Training certified, provided by the church. Additional training will be scheduled as needed.
Team Members must be available Sunday mornings and some mornings and evenings throughout the week.
Connections Coordinator
The primary role of the Connections Coordinator is to provide oversight and administration of the Connections Ministry at Redeemer Church. The Connections Coordinator is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment at Redeemer Church by overseeing all aspects of the Sunday morning connections ministry. This includes the coffee bar, welcome desk, greeters, and ushers. The role focuses on recruiting, training, and managing volunteers, ensuring smooth Sunday morning execution, and fostering meaningful connections and next steps with guests and members.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years effective ministry experience as a staff or lead volunteer, and proven ability to lead volunteers and develop leaders.
Applicants must be available Sunday mornings. This part-time role is 10-15 hours per week.
